Accountability

My biggest issue this week... Accountability. I seem to not be able to hold myself accountable for what I eat and what I do. When I was with Weight Watchers, I was accountable for everything because you met once a week and got a journal and such. Well I'm meeting once a week now and attempting my own journal. But since I'm meeting with just one person and she's a good friend, plus the journal format is different, it's making things a bit harder. I signed up for the Daily Plate today. I really hope this is what I need to start eating better. No points to calculate. Don't even have to find the nutrition facts. Just look up what you ate and add it. It tracks the calories for you and once you put in your info, it tells you how many calories you should have a day and does all the math for you. It keeps track of a lot of other stuff too like excersing. It's awesome. Much easier and the fact that it's on the internet helps. I like being online. :) Now for working out, I'll add that there too, but I need to make myself a schedule and stick with it. A lack of schedule for excercising makes me not want to do it.  So I have to put one of those together tonight. Cheers to a GOOD week ahead!

Breaking Habits

So this is officially a lot harder than I thought it would be... I gained weight over the weekend, no doubt because of Cheesecake Factory, but hey, it was Valentine's Day. I've started working out a little bit with wii fit and the Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred DVD but definitely not as much as I should be. I am back down to my starting weight though. So here we go... start #2 ;)

I have this issue with trying to change my lifestyle. I still eat what I want and have little willpower to change that. I have an unhealthy addiction to cookies and chocolate too.. and Dr Pepper. But as it is no longer in my house, I'm trying to fix that one first. I also went to Subway today and got wheat bread instead of white and pink lemonade instead of Dr Pepper. Little changes, right?

PS. Wii Fit told me today that my ideal weight is 132. I would be so skinny. wow. I think I'll strive for that in the long run. :)
